Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver software/IT projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The candidate will coordinate with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT/software projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage client communication, requirements, expectations, and project updates.
• Conduct project meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and status meetings.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to quality, security, and organizational processes.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper impact assessment.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices and collaborate with Product Owners/Scrum Masters.
• Escalate critical issues to management and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure proper project closure, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
• Understanding of software development, testing, deployment, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an advantage.
